We are **NOT** a government agency, embassy, consulate, or visa-issuing authority. We do not have any official connection to or special influence over visa-issuing bodies.
## 3. Critical Disclaimer — Visa Approval
**You must read and understand this section before engaging our services.**
– **We do not guarantee visa approval.** Visa decisions are made solely by the relevant government authorities (consulates, embassies, immigration officers, etc.) of the destination country, not by us.
– **We have no control over the outcome.** Our role is limited to providing professional guidance, preparing documentation, and submitting applications correctly. The final decision rests entirely with the issuing authority.
– **Past success does not guarantee future results.** Our 98% approval rate reflects historical outcomes and is not a guarantee or warranty of approval for your specific application.
– **Approval depends on multiple factors** including but not limited to: completeness of documentation, applicant’s profile, financial standing, country relations, current immigration policies, interview performance, and the discretion of the issuing officer.

## 4. Client Obligations
You agree to:
– Provide complete, accurate, and truthful information and documentation
– Submit required documents and information in a timely manner
– Pay agreed-upon fees as per the engagement terms
– Cooperate fully throughout the application process
– Promptly inform us of any changes to your circumstances (employment, marital status, etc.)
– Attend scheduled appointments and follow our recommendations
– Be solely responsible for the accuracy of information provided in your visa application
You acknowledge that providing false, misleading, or incomplete information may result in:
– Visa rejection
– Permanent ban from the destination country
– Criminal liability under applicable laws
– Termination of our services without refund
## 5. Fees and Payment
### 5.1 Service Fees
Our consultancy fees are quoted at the start of each engagement and are documented in writing. Fees vary depending on the visa type and scope of services.
### 5.2 Government and Third-Party Fees
You are responsible for paying all government fees, including but not limited to:
– Visa application fees
– SEVIS fees (USA student visa)
– IHS surcharges (UK)
– VFS Global / US Travel Docs service fees
– TOEFL/IELTS examination fees
– University application fees and tuition deposits
These fees are paid directly to the respective authorities and are separate from our consultancy fees.
### 5.3 Payment Terms
– Payment is due as per the schedule in your engagement agreement
– Late payment may result in suspension of services
– All fees are quoted in Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise specified
– Applicable taxes (GST) will be added as per Indian tax laws
## 6. Refund Policy
Our refund policy is governed by the engagement agreement signed at the start of services. Generally:
– Government fees, university application fees, and third-party charges are **non-refundable** as they are paid to external authorities.
– Consultancy fees may be partially refundable depending on the stage at which services are terminated.
– Refunds are not provided in cases of:
– Visa rejection (since approval is not guaranteed and is outside our control)
– Client failure to provide required documents or information
– Client withdrawal after substantial work has been completed
– Termination due to false or misleading information
For specific refund terms, refer to your individual engagement agreement.

Either party may terminate the engagement with written notice. Upon termination:
– You must pay for services rendered up to the date of termination
– Government and third-party fees already paid are non-refundable
– We will return your original documents within 30 days
We reserve the right to terminate services immediately if you provide false information, fail to cooperate, or violate these Terms.
## 14. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising from these Terms or our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in **Chandigarh, India**.
