From submission to stamped passport — never out of sight
Once your visa file is submitted, the wait begins — and that’s where most applicants are left guessing. VFS portals that don’t update for weeks. 221(g) notices with no clear next steps. Missing biometrics appointments because of a wrong VAC slot. We handle the logistics from final pre-submission review through to passport collection — with real-time status visible to you on WhatsApp.

You’re never in the dark

What ESM visa submission & tracking covers
Not just “we’ll let you know when something changes.” A managed post-submission process: VAC booking, biometrics coordination, real-time tracking, embassy escalation, and post-approval support.
VAC slot booking (VFS / BLS / TLS)
VFS Global for most countries, BLS International for Spain, TLS Contact for Schengen — we know each portal’s booking quirks, premium options, and which Chandigarh/Delhi/Jalandhar centres have the earliest slots.
Biometrics & document submission
Biometrics scheduled in coordination with your VAC submission (for most countries done same day, same place). We confirm what to carry, what photos to take, and brief you on what happens inside the centre.
DS-160 / online form lock & confirmation
Final review of your DS-160 (USA), online visa application (UK Student Route), IMM 1294 (Canada), Subclass 500 (Australia) — checked for inconsistencies, then locked and confirmation barcode generated.
Real-time application tracking
CEAC for US visas. GWF and UKVI emails for the UK. IRCC portal for Canada. ImmiAccount for Australia. Immigration NZ for NZ. SAVE for Singapore. We monitor every portal and forward updates to you on WhatsApp.
Embassy liaison — 221(g) & AP cases
If your case goes into 221(g) Administrative Processing (US), waitlist (UK CAS verification), or RFE (Canada) — we handle the response. Often the difference between a 2-week resolution and a 6-month limbo.
Post-approval & port-of-entry briefing
Once stamped: passport collection coordination, port-of-entry briefing (what to carry, what to expect from CBP/Border Force/CBSA officers), SEVIS/CAS activation guidance, arrival timing tips.
Submission & tracking insights
VAC booking tips, embassy status updates, interview-day playbooks, and post-submission stories from our Chandigarh team.

The post-submission window is where things go quiet — or wrong
Most consultancies stop at submission. The applicant is then left refreshing CEAC and Googling “221(g) processing time” for the next 6 weeks. We stay engaged through the entire post-submission window — tracking, escalating, briefing — because that’s where 18 years of consulate familiarity actually pays off.
We know what a stalled GWF reference means. We know when Administrative Processing genuinely needs intervention vs. just patience. We know how to phrase a polite follow-up to UKVI’s commercial partner without triggering a rejection. Quiet expertise built across thousands of post-submission cases.
18 years of submission operations
5,000+ visa files submitted and tracked through approval since 2008. We’ve seen every VAC’s peak season, every consulate’s tracking system, every kind of post-submission curveball.
VAC slot expertise
VFS Global (US, UK, Canada, Australia, NZ), BLS International (Spain, Italy), TLS Contact (other Schengen). Premium vs standard slots. Chandigarh vs Delhi vs Jalandhar centres — we know where to book.
Multi-country tracking system
CEAC, GWF, IRCC, ImmiAccount, INZ, SAVE — we have logins to every consulate’s tracking system and check them daily. The first applicant to know about a status change is you.
Embassy escalation experience
221(g) Administrative Processing, GWF stall, RFE response — we’ve handled hundreds of these. We know when to wait, when to write, and what tone to use with each consulate.
WhatsApp real-time updates
Status changes, biometric reminders, interview prep nudges, passport-collection alerts — all on the same WhatsApp thread. Not buried in email or a portal you’d forget to check.
Walk-in office in Chandigarh
SCO 375-376, Sector 35B. Drop in Mon–Sat 9:30 AM–6:00 PM, or coordinate over WhatsApp/video call if you’re outside Chandigarh.
How an ESM submission engagement actually unfolds
Four phases, each with clear deliverables. You always know what stage you're at and what comes next.
Pre-submission review & VAC booking
Final cross-check of your application form (DS-160/online), document file, and financial proof. Then VAC slot booked at the optimum centre and time, biometrics appointment confirmed, and you receive a one-page briefing covering what to carry and what to expect.
Biometrics, submission & interview (if applicable)
VAC visit for biometrics and document submission. For US visas, separate interview at the consulate — we run mock interviews 24–48 hours before and brief you the morning of. Your case officially enters the consulate’s queue after this step.
Real-time tracking & embassy liaison
Daily portal checks across CEAC, GWF, IRCC, ImmiAccount and others. You get WhatsApp updates on every status change. If your case goes into 221(g), AP, or RFE — we handle the response within the consulate’s requested format and timeline.
Approval, collection & port-of-entry briefing
Once stamped, we coordinate passport collection from the VAC or courier delivery. Then a final briefing: what documents to carry through immigration, what officers typically ask, how to activate your SEVIS/CAS/Confirmation of Acceptance.

Visa submission & tracking makes sense if you’re...
Most applicants fall into one of these four situations. If yours doesn't fit cleanly, that's fine too — the first consultation is free, come talk.
A student with DS-160 ready
Your form is complete, your documents are attested, and you’re ready to submit — but the VAC website is impossible to navigate and you’re unsure about the right slot timing. We book and brief.
A family needing coordinated biometrics
Parents and children, dependants, group tour applicants — multi-applicant biometrics need same-day slot coordination at the same VAC. One missed slot can desync the entire group’s visa timeline.
A business or urgent-travel applicant
Conference, client meeting, family emergency — you need a stamped passport in 2–3 weeks, not 8–10. We know when to use premium VAC slots, when to request expedited processing, and how to flag genuine urgency to the consulate.
An applicant whose case is in 221(g) / AP / RFE
Your interview happened. Your visa is in Administrative Processing or Request for Evidence. The portal hasn’t updated for weeks. This is where our embassy liaison experience matters most — we know what triggers movement and what doesn’t.
