Final cross-check of your application form (DS-160/online), document file, and financial proof. Then VAC slot booked at the optimum centre and time, biometrics appointment confirmed, and you receive a one-page briefing covering what to carry and what to expect.

Biometrics, submission & interview (if applicable)

VAC visit for biometrics and document submission. For US visas, separate interview at the consulate — we run mock interviews 24–48 hours before and brief you the morning of. Your case officially enters the consulate’s queue after this step.

Visa submission & tracking questions answered

What is a VAC and why do I need to book a slot?
VAC stands for Visa Application Centre — the third-party facility (VFS Global for most countries, BLS International for Spain, TLS Contact for Schengen) where you physically submit your visa application and give biometrics. You can’t walk in. You need a confirmed slot booked through their online portal, and slots in peak season (May–August for student visas) can run out 3–6 weeks in advance.
How is this different from Visa Guidance?
Visa Guidance is the strategic and preparation phase: choosing the right category, structuring your file, prepping for the interview. Visa Submission & Tracking is the logistics phase that comes after: VAC slot booking, biometrics, real-time tracking, embassy liaison if needed, post-approval support. Most ESM clients use both, but they’re distinct services.
Can you track my visa if I applied through another agent?
Yes. We can take over tracking and any post-submission liaison even if your application was filed elsewhere — as long as you have your CEAC/GWF/IRCC/ImmiAccount reference number and case identifier. Many of our tracking-only clients come to us mid-process after losing confidence in their original agent.
How do you track US visa status?
CEAC.state.gov is the primary US visa status portal. We log your DS-160 confirmation barcode and check daily. Status moves through “Application Received” → “Administrative Processing” or “Issued”. We forward every change to your WhatsApp the same day — usually before the email notification arrives.
What if my visa is on 221(g) / Administrative Processing?
Don’t panic — 221(g) and AP are common (especially for US student visas in STEM fields). It means the officer needs additional review, not that you’re refused. We assess whether your case needs intervention (e.g., providing extra documents) or just patience, and handle the response if needed. Most resolve in 2–8 weeks.
How long does the typical visa take after submission?
After VAC submission and biometrics: US student visa typically 2–6 weeks (longer if AP); UK Student Route 3 weeks standard or 5 working days priority; Canada Study Permit 4–12 weeks (SDS faster than non-SDS); Australia Subclass 500 around 4–6 weeks; tourist visas 1–3 weeks generally.
Do you handle interview-day support?
Yes — for US student visas, we run 3–5 mock interviews in the days before, brief you the night before, and stay on WhatsApp the morning of your interview. If your interview is at the Delhi or Mumbai consulate, we’ve coordinated thousands of applicants through them — we know what timing, attire, and document order works.
